Dr. ZHU Yong, born in 1955, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), Vice President of the Association of Legal Culture of China Law Society (CLS) and President of the Association of Chinese Legal History of China Institute of Legal History, Specialist receiving the State Council Special Allowance.
